In reply to <a href="https://theawkwardtraveller.com/5-best-humor-books/#comment-104">Kay</a>.

Sorry, I just saw your reply! I haven't read many books like "Dirty Jobs," but I'm just finishing up a really great YA book called "We All Looked Up" by Tommy Wallach. It's about four teens from Seattle who cross paths in the midst of an asteroid heading toward earth. Somewhat apocalyptic. It's a pretty comical book, but also thought provoking. Another good one one of my all-time favorites - is "Post Birthday World" by Lionel Shriver. It's not a funny book, but it's extremely well written and interesting. It's about a woman who is married but one day decides to kiss another man. The story then merges off into two different universes - one where she stays with her husband and one where she is ends up with the other man. You get to watch how each life paths end up, with similar time markers along the way such as 9/11 and other major events. Anyways, happy reading, and keep sharing your book reads! :)

I haven't read any of those titles yet, but I did fall in love with the book "Dirty Jobs" back in college. I'm definitely adding "It's Only the Himalayas" to my reading list. Thanks for the suggestions!
